Product Brief
Ultrafine quartz fiber yarn is a new product developed by our company. The diameter of single filament is only 5μm, which means that the tensile strength of ultrafine fiber yarn is 1.6 times of that of 7.5μm yarn. All performance indexes have been greatly improved, so that the corresponding composite material has a brand new upgrade. In addition, the linear expansion coefficient of quartz fiber is small, and it has the rare property that the elastic modulus increases with temperature.

Product advantage

1, excellent dielectric performance: dielectric constant is only 3.74, dielectric loss is only 0.0002. It is the first wave through material.
2, ultra-high temperature resistance: long-term use temperature 1050~1200ºC, softening point temperature 1700ºC, thermal shock resistance, longer service life.
3, low thermal conductivity: the coefficient of thermal expansion is small, only 0.54x10-6 /K, is 1/10 of ordinary glass fiber, both heat resistance and heat insulation.
4, high strength: no microcrack on the surface, tensile strength up to 6000Mpa, is 5 times of high silicon oxygen fiber, 76.47% higher than E glass fiber.
5, insulation performance is good: resistivity under 20 ºC ~ 100 ºC for 1 x1080 Ω cm, high resistivity, is a good insulating material.
6, chemical performance stability: long-term in acid, alkaline, high temperature, cold, tensile and other bad conditions, corrosion resistance.
